With the demise of the Soviet Union,came the acknowledgement in 1999 of the existence of the secret manned lunar program.


The goal of this web site is to provide a technical and historical chronicle of how Soviet technology competed against Soviet political indecision and mismanagement,in the quest to beat the successful
U.S. Apollo program.
